Built on protection.
Earned in silence.
Paid in full.

Two Ten Financial Group is selecting a small cohort of future life insurance professionals. Remote-first. Lead-supplied. Mentor-bound. We do not advertise the work — we measure it.

— The Frame

A practice. Not a pitch.

Two Ten operates on the principles of a serious financial practice — replicable systems, measured production, long client equity — rendered into a remote-first career. There is no shortcut here.

I — Standing

1099 Sovereignty

You are an independent agent, not an employee. The book you build belongs to you. So does the failure if it doesn't get built.

II — Geography

Remote, Without Compromise

Appointments by video and phone, from any room with a closed door. The territory is national. The schedule is yours.

III — Income

Compensation Without a Cap

Direct commission. Carrier-paid bonuses. Production is the only ceiling — and it lifts at every contract level you earn.

IV — Origin

Experience Not Required

We license, train, and shadow you from week one. The single prerequisite is a temperament suited to disciplined work performed alone.

V — Trajectory

A Path Into Leadership

Producers who post consistent numbers move into agency-builder roles — overrides, recruiting infrastructure, and equity in the team they raise.

VI — Purpose

Work That Earns Its Keep

Every policy written is a family covered if the worst arrives. Few careers pay this well for work this concretely useful.

— From the Floor

In their own words.

Replace these placeholders with quotes from your roster — names, production tier, a sentence in their voice. Keep them honest. Keep them brief.

The work is plain. Same hour every morning. Same conversation, run with care. The deposits arrive on schedule. Discipline beats inspiration. Consistency beats both.

Senior Producer · Year Two

No insurance background. By month four I cleared what I made in a year at my last job. No commute. A calendar I actually own. The trade was straightforward.

What separates Two Ten is the bench behind you. Your mentor picks up. Your trainer reviews your calls. The system is real. The expectations are higher than I expected. Worth it.

— Common Questions

Answered, plainly.

No. Most of our incoming class is unlicensed at the time of application. We walk you through state pre-licensing coursework, schedule the exam, and reimburse the cost upon completion. Most candidates are licensed within ten to fourteen days.
No. Two Ten Financial Group is an independent insurance agency. Compensation is paid by the carriers themselves on policies you write — full stop. Agents who choose to build a team can qualify for overrides on their team's production, the same arrangement found at any traditional brokerage.
You're paid a percentage of the first-year annual premium on every policy issued. Most policies sit between roughly $900 and $2,400 in annual premium. Producing agents typically write multiple policies per week once they're up the curve. Renewals and bonuses follow.
Block hours of focused phone and video time across four to five days, plus a morning team huddle and a daily review. Most agents are productive on roughly twenty-five to forty hours per week, depending on the speed they want to climb.
From a paid pipeline of consumers who've actively requested information about life insurance. You aren't dialing random numbers, and you aren't pitching family. The lead is the catalyst — your job is to handle the conversation that follows.
Coachable, consistent, and willing to follow a tested process before re-inventing it. The trade is simple: do the reps, study the playbook, and let the system carry you. Charisma helps; discipline wins.
